Hello and welcome to my website. I am excited to share my creative process and artwork with you. As an artist, I chase ideas. I believe in honing my skills, practicing my powers of observation, and finding new avenues to communicate what is on my mind and in my heart. Depending on the day, I create collages, portraits, paintings, prints, photographs, drawings and sculpture. Working in a broad range of media keeps me artistically fit. Awake.
" I don't know what I am doing. And it's the not knowing that makes it interesting."
"Through art, mysterious bonds of understanding and knowledge art established…"

Woolly Mammoth is the name of my studio in Greenfield, MA. It also is the name of works that are created collaboratively with my partner in art and life, Marjorie Morgan. We pass work back and forth at various stages of the creative process until we agree that the problems are solved and the work is finished.
